The dairy used to be a milking parlour and now provides a beautiful, comfortable home. Set in four and a half acres of lawns and native trees, it is surrounded by grass fields and enjoys a quiet village location with views of the Chilterns.
There is a tarmac footpath through the fields to Thame (20 Minutes walk or 5 minutes cycle). The 280 bus runs approximately every 30 mins to Oxford and Aylesbury. Haddenham railway station is about 3 miles away serving the Chiltern line to London (Marylebone Station) in 40 minutes.
There is under floor heating, triple glazed windows and a pumped
water system to all bathrooms giving hot water at all times to ‘real’
showers and baths.
Although the rooms have double beds in, the letting is for a
single person only, the occasional partner/friend weekend is acceptable
but I do not want to be awash with people!
Rates are per calendar month and include water, electricity, heating, and council tax.
